Use competitors' keyword natural rankings and vlookups to run ads using categories (above)
We all know that the H10 has cerebro function can use ASIN to check the ranking of competitors' advertising words, keyword natural position ranking and even how many giveaways you need to fight for the word and so on a lot of information, although not 100% accurate but already very good software on the market.
So today we take advantage of this feature of H10 and Vlookup to see the gap between the best competitors and us, and how to properly use advertising strategies to catch up with competitors?

Then we found the best product of its kind, ASIN:B07P4F5HDG
So we're going to use cerebro now to see what's going on with the competitor's product?
Then we can put the product containing brand words keywords can be placed in the following positions can be excluded
After we exclude it, we export the data in excel for comparison, so what do we compare here?
In the past, many people just took out the first dozens of words from competitors to run phrase ads directly or accurate ads (categorized according to the attributes and characteristics of the words)
Then we download it and we can compare it further, do we really show the words of the competitor's natural ranking? Where are we showing it? We're doing this to find a way to catch up with our competitors.
The red box is the competitor's word (because this is the actual case of one of my students I deliberately covered the keywords), behind the blue box is his product in the ranking of these keywords, the appearance of N/A indicates that these words are not included by Amazon at all, this time we have to find a way to let Amazon include the word, how to let Amazon include? Not to say, continue to perfect listing, the more comprehensive the amount of information you enter when you write listing, amazon is easy to identify and classify your products, the simple reason.
So how do we do this with the Vlookup feature, which shows both competition and ranking on these words on the same table? Watch the video below
In the video above we have probably mastered the ranking gap between competitors and their own products, then the next step we can do according to the search volume of a sort, do this sort, we do another job is, the search volume of words and long tail words separate, and classification can pay attention to, these words and product relevance, and then list these words separately to make a table.
I suggest that those big words (not so specific words) come up with phrases to put, observe for a while, and then long tail words directly out to accurately put (your bid is a little higher, hit a little harder, otherwise you won't get the position of the word)
Record every day after launch, start bidding to record, first week to add a budget, do not move the bid to observe a period of time, if the advertising effect is not ideal, the second week began in the budget unchanged to continue to increase the bid, step-by-step increase, and the daily exposure and click conversion to do a good record.
Summary: Today's method is actually relatively simple, before we use competitors' advertising words when there are no sub-words, and do not compare (in a keyword our ranking and competitors rank) directly take the first dozen words to serve ads, but today's method, our first goal is to catch up with this competitor, then catch up with competitors, there is a place to note that if a word (A) your competitors have ranked 4th, you are in 7th place, You already appear on the first page, and the gap is not very large, this time you do not have to invest a lot of advertising on the word, because the natural ranking has reached the 7th position, you advertise but affect the natural ranking, so this we in the classification word (according to the gap) must pay attention to.
