Facebook . . Will you use the official ad template?
Earlier, Facebook provided advertisers and brands with a new set of corporate advertising templates on its website to help companies deliver important messages to customers during the global blockade over the COVID-19 outbreak.
"We know that many businesses today face sudden challenges, including staying in touch with customers, so we want to share some of the things you can do now to overcome those challenges so you can stay in touch with them," Facebook said. "
As shown in the figure, the template is simple and intuitive, and you can use it to explain to customers some of the recent business changes and adjustments caused by the outbreak, and to guide people to place orders online, provide alternative customer support options, let customers receive promotional gift cards specially introduced during the outbreak, and so on.
Any company can download an official template to use in its posts, which is both practical and intuitive.
