2019
- Reducing the misleading experience of e-commerce purchases -
Starting November 21, we are taking additional steps to reduce the prevalentity of misleading buying experiences by e-commerce advertisers on our platform. We'll update the customer satisfaction threshold that advertisers must meet to run ads, resulting in a higher percentage of pages stopping running ads, including:
Update our auto-pause threshold
The threshold for introducing active manual auditing
If your page feedback falls below our execution threshold (with a score of 2 or lower), your ads will start to attract fewer people. We continuously review your Page's customer satisfaction score as we receive more customer feedback. If you can improve customer feedback, your ads will return to normal coverage. If you can't improve customer feedback, your reach will continue to decrease. If your Page score is less than 1.5, the page may no longer serve ads.
Any page with a feedback score below 1.5 will be reviewed and may be deactived due to advertising. Any page with a feedback score below 1.0 is automatically deactived and ads cannot be run. Your Page's customer feedback score has reached the "INSERT NUMBER" and has therefore been deactived.
