Audience analysis is mainly through marketing big data - covering consumer behavior, media behavior and so on to do a variety of traditional statistics and machine learning analysis, to obtain data insights, to find the most valuable target potential consumer groups. This is a necessary process for accurate advertising at present, and also a hot spot for marketing analysis.
First, position: Audience Insights - Data scientist, data analyst
Position functions:
For customers in different industries, including sales, branding, search, social, advertising and other multi-data sources / multi-data dimensions of data query, statistics and preliminary analysis
Skill requirements:
1. Have a background in mathematics/applied mathematics/statistics/computer or related majors
2. Mathematical logical thinking skills with clear intersections/combinations and their combinations
3. Have data management experience and are familiar with the use of SQL/MySQL and other data query languages
4. Skilled in data processing and preliminary analysis (not front-end programming) in open source languages such as Python or PySpark or R If you have more knowledge and experience with Hadoop, Spark or Hive, you will have more points
5. If you have one year or more of big data analysis, such as CRM, Internet, practical work experience, there is a plus point
6. Teamwork and a curiosity
