More than that, Google has launched mobile advertising SDK Lite
We know how important it is to keep your application lightweight. Lightweight apps take up less space on the user's phone and load faster at startup. That's why we're committed to keeping Google's mobile ad SDK simple and lightweight.
Today, we're excited to launch Google Mobile Ads SDK Lite, a lightweight Google mobile ad SDK that can be easily integrated into your Android app, just a few-tenth the size of a regular SDK. We've also significantly reduced the number of methods, which will help you keep the number of methods low.
Google Mobile Ads SDK Lite will help you continue to monetize your Android apps without sacrificing the size or speed of your apps. Here's what one of our developers said about SDK Lite:
"Eura Networks is appointed to develop highly optimized lightweight mobile applications. Users spend less time downloading, so they have more time to enjoy the features and experiences we've crafted for them. Every byte saved is valuable when system resources or data bandwidth are limited, allowing us to create and deliver greater value. It's Android Google Mobile Ads SDK Lite that gives us the ability to achieve all this and more, allowing us to turn hard work into revenue with Google's powerful advertising solutions without adding unnecessary load to the app or sacrificing the app's user experience. "
- Xie Feng, CEO of Eura Networks
Google Mobile Ads SDK Lite has exactly the same functionality as the Standard SDK, but is specifically designed for devices with Google Play services. If developers publish Android apps to other app stores instead of the Google Play Store, they should use the Standard SDK.
