2020 China Service Design Report

Based on the background and realistic national conditions of China's service industry, the report puts forward the service design concept and proposition of "big service, whole industry". Hope to attract a wider range of people to pay attention to the healthy development of China's service industry and service design, at the same time, for service industry practitioners, designers, educators and relevant government departments, to provide the corresponding service design career planning and possible policy recommendations of the reference basis.
