When all advertisers open a new account, if they need to bind their account to an existing BM, the advertiser must fill in the existing BM number in the OE account opening tool. Otherwise, you must bind to the new BM.
Advertisers who have a direct customer team to look after need to provide information about the new BM to their Facebook sales representatives.
Advertisers who don't have direct team care, agents and advertisers don't need to take any action, and Facebook automatically binds the new BM to the advertiser owner of the ad account shared with this BM for the first time.
Precautions
1) If BM is not bound to any corporate entity, it will not be able to obtain the agent's account share.
2) An advertiser account of a different subject of BM operation: Unless the principal was previously the relationship between the parent company and the subsidiary company, the different subjects cannot share the BM operation.
5, the home page to rate the implementation of the new policy

6, BM in the home page management and notification of changes in settings
Starting September 2, 2020, Pages and Notifications in Business Manager Business Info will not provide control over business Page activity settings such as create, edit, and push posts, but users will continue to control their Page notification settings:
In BM: The Home and Notifications message settings will be updated to control only Home Notifications
In Facebook Blue and PMA: All Page management features (excluding notifications) remain unchanged (users can take action in Facebook Blue and BM)

1. Suspend your account for advertiser authentication
Google will update its Advertiser Authentication Policy in September 2020 with additional requirements for certain advertisers to ensure that users know who is promoting the service or product through Google Ads.
If Google suspects that advertisers are violating certain Google Ads policies, including misrepresentations or unclear business policies, it may immediately suspend the advertiser's account and require them to complete advertiser authentication. The account will remain suspended until the verification program is completed. Once you're done with your verification plan, all policy-compliant ads will run correctly.
2, Google Ads account launched a new access level and account ownership
When managing your Google Ads account, it's important to keep your account safe. However, granting users the appropriate level of access is sometimes not easy. As a result, Google introduced a new "View billing information only" role and updated account ownership.
The View Billing Information Only role makes it easier to grant settlement permissions to specific users, such as related parties in the finance department. They can view and manage billing information, but they can't view or modify campaigns.
Account ownership (formerly known as administrator ownership) extends normal permissions for manager accounts. In the past, an account could have multiple owners. The ownership role will now limit ownership to one manager account and ownership of the Google Ads account.
